My car had to be towed in early on a Monday morning but they were able to give me a loaner car on short notice so i could get to work, and they diagnosed the problem that same day. Adam called me to let me know what the problem was and when to expect it to be repaired. Repair was covered under shop warranty so it didn’t cost me, even better! Car was shiny and clean when I picked it up . Great service all around !

Took my 2012 S550 in for an oil change for a very fair price BTW, and it looks like they gave the car a full detail as well. Came back to me looking like a brand new car. Always excellent service.
