We encourage vehicles be dropped off the night before service using the after hours key drop.

Service appt was available quickly. Good communication about potential issues. Information not a hard sell on anything. I've used the shop a couple of times already and will continue to give them my business. Seems to have a good long culture of European car knowledge and experience.
