I've always had dealer service on my MB, but have seen hefty price hikes for routine maintenance following the dealer's change in ownership. Not only did I save substantially with German Car Specialists, but I was able to get in quickly and have use of a loaner car, the work was performed professionally, and my car was returned quickly. I will be using German Car Specialists for all maintenance and repair from now on.

An overall excellent experience. Super friendly and informative from the get go. I was able to secure an appointment within 24 hours of my request and the work was very reasonably priced. I will no longer take my car to the Mercedes dealer for service; I will come here.

I couldn’t be more thrilled about my experience! I called at closing desperate for help with an issue I was having with my Audi and Adam didn’t hestitate to help. He told me to bring my car by in the morning - I was only planning on leaving with a diagnosis but he was able to make the proper adjustments to correct the issue that day. I will not get over the fact that when I walked in in the morning the receptionist knew who I was and what my car issue was since I barely told Adam my name and horrible description of my car. Those small, personal touches are what set GCS above the other places who couldn’t care less about you (cough, cough Audi of Bellevue). I will be bringing my car here from now on. Prices were great and it was very convenient. Thanks for all your help during my crisis!
