This is my first time ever using German Car Specialists and let me tell you, they have a customer for life. The attention they give to the customer, the call from Adam to go over what they did to your car and even to the loaner... all are top-notch. They won't try to get you to sign up for services that isn't really necessary which is what I have been noticing lately with car dealerships. Honest, friendly and customer oriented. Highly recommend them!

Adam is extremely helpful to lend us the jumper cable when our car died on the parking lot. He was also very quick to let us know we would have the car.ready next.morning after recharging it.overnight. we were so.very much appreciated with his help.
