Great service, honest too. Had another shop in town tell me I had to make a $1700 repair immediately. Took it to Adam who found out the part did not need to be replaced at all. I'd highly recommend these folks!

Excellent experience from the appointment through the diagnostics and completion of the job. Returned the car fully washed vacuumed and the wife thought there was some waxing on the car. While car maintenance has stress to it typically from uncertain costs, Adam and his team made our experience wonderful. I typically have new cars with dealer maintenance and I assure you that Adam and his team take the customer care to the same level. Every bit of this review is earned.

Excellent service.

This is the first time that I have used German Car Specialists, and I am very pleased. The local BMW dealer had told me that I needed service on both the front and rear brakes, but Adam called me to say that the front brakes were okay. Service like this creates trust and I appreciate it. Adam's inspection of my vehicle found another issue, and he repaired that as well. I have owned the car for ten years, and during that time, I have used two BMW dealers and one other independent BMW service. But German Car Specialists were the best and will have my business going forward.
