Every aspect of service was more than fulfilled. Each person I spoke with had excellent knowledge. The information about the service appointment was clear and they met every single commitment made from the time it would take to the cost. And then they made my vehicle sparkle!

I initially contacted an Audi dealer when I was having issues with my car. After talking with a person who was not helpful at all, I called German Car Specialists. What a difference! They were friendly and helpful. I took my car in and the service was great. Even the young man who drove the courtesy van was professional and friendly. No Audi services are cheap, but their prices were fair and very competitive. I have found my new repair shop!
