I initially contacted an Audi dealer when I was having issues with my car. After talking with a person who was not helpful at all, I called German Car Specialists. What a difference! They were friendly and helpful. I took my car in and the service was great. Even the young man who drove the courtesy van was professional and friendly. No Audi services are cheap, but their prices were fair and very competitive. I have found my new repair shop!
