I am impressed with the service and attention to detail, from the first phone call to set the appointment to picking up my finished vehicle. And, after having my cars serviced at "another" Bellevue Mercedes location for the past six years, I was truly thankful for the final cost of repairs, which were much lower than my previous repair location.

My A4 has been serviced here since I bought it 4 years ago. Starting with a pre-purchase inspection, I've always been happy with the quality of the work, the clear explanations, and the dependable advice. Cost of work has been quite reasonable and a bargain compared with dealer pricing. I like the fact that the same experienced mechanic (Zaldy) always looks after my vehicle.
