German Car Specialists are honest, fair and knowledgeable. I moved to Woodinville last Summer and I continue to take my Audi Q7 to Adam and his team. I'm extremely comfortable with their mechanics and think I am getting a fair price everytime.

Adam was particularly attentive to my concerns about the car and things I wanted checked. He did everything -- which is unusual in itself -- and went beyond that to ensure that every aspect of the car's performance was reviewed. All of this for just an oil change!

It's never a good day when your car is having mechanical troubles, but Adam and the team at German Auto Specialists are not only extremely professional, but pretty darn thoughtful as well. Adam is never more than a quick call away and when I was having cascading issues with various systems for my MINI, he took the time (even if he hadn't yet diagnosed the specific problem) to explain to me what could be causing the malfunctions and once the issue was found, he always takes the time to explain your best options clearly and quickly. Plus, post-op, the interior and exterior detailing is amazing, so your car is always returned looking (and smelling) brand new. Thanks German Auto!

My car had to be towed in early on a Monday morning but they were able to give me a loaner car on short notice so i could get to work, and they diagnosed the problem that same day. Adam called me to let me know what the problem was and when to expect it to be repaired. Repair was covered under shop warranty so it didn’t cost me, even better! Car was shiny and clean when I picked it up . Great service all around !
