My car cannot start and was towed here for repairing. It was on Saturday, on Monday they drive my home to bring the key and also send me to the Bellevue transit center. The diagnoses were great and provided clear estimates of the cost. Fixing the starter, diagnoses, and recharge the battery. Cost 1000 dollar around total including tax. Fair cost excellent customer service and excellent professional on repairing.

Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue told me on a Saturday that I could bring my gl320 BlueTec in to have the 20 start warning reset but their machine was down. I call on Monday to find out if it was back up and working, it was but I now needed to schedule a service appointment to get the car looked at before they can reset the warning message. Minimum charge is $165+tax. These guys $62+tax and they had to add a ltr of adblue for the sensors to read the reset. Only $7 extra. I’ll be back.

Excellent service. Even though my car needed some pretty serious work and I knew it was going to be expensive, I felt very comfortable that the work was being done well and by a team that actually cared about me and my vehicle. Scheduling was easy, communication was great and the extra services provided were really sincerely appreciated (loaner car, wash/wax/vacuum, and even fill up on the gas tank!). I felt like I picked up a new car. Thank you!!

Adam and his crew did a great job fixing the electrical and vacuum systems on my 43 year old Mercedes 450 SL that no virtually other mechanic was willing to touch. Thanks!
