Eric spends time to explain why the repair and the processes. Presents it all the issues but will also lay out what should be done now and what can be done later.

Adam and Eric run an excellent shop! They always explain the repairs and let me know if something is urgent or not. They're far more affordable and convenient than any of the Benz dealerships around and they do warranty work. The wash and wax before I get it back is great too.
