A great experience! Adam McKay most definitely owns the ownership of this company. He was on the phone with me a few times about my car and I never felt like I was getting something I didn't want. (I have felt "sold" a few times at other repair shops.) Adam's explanations were clear and the repairs were timely. When Adam told me that he drove my car home from work just to test it out, I knew that my car was in good hands. And, they washed my car. I mean really washed it.... like it was detailed. I will be using German Car Specialists for my Mercedes.
