Accurate diagnoses + good service + fair price = winner! Also, I like being able to talk to someone who works on cars instead of some corporate person (who works on commission???) recommending things your car doesn't need.

I was having issues with my B6 A4 Avant. I couldn't ask for someone more delightful than Tori to accommodate my car being towed to the shop and once there the open communication with Adam and his honesty with the situation with my Audi setting me up for what I really needed and what I could use down the line was greatly appreciated. I highly recommended any Euro investment you have to their hands. You'll be taken care of.
