We have been long time satisfied German Auto customers, for both of our vehicles. Our recent experience was an oil change on our 2018 Audi Q5. Adam and the team did a great job and provided observations from their courtesy inspection. Which we will address on the next trip in.

I took my Audi Q5 to the German Car Specialists for a minor fix aligning the window washer nozzles. The fix was made in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. I will return again. Adam was very helpful answering all my questions.

Adam was so easy to talk to and it did not feel like he was trying to get over on me or make a sale. He was straightforward and to the point. My car was able to get in a few days after I called. And I am driving it 1.5 days later. He quoted me a higher price than he charged me. I am stuck on Mercedes and don’t have Mercedes money so my older top of the line Benz’s will likely be back. Super happy to finally have a mechanic to call!

They do my E92 M3 and my wife's Mercedes GL. Their work is top notch and priced fairly. I can't recommend them enough!

I had a great experience in having my car serviced here. Adam was very communicative, describing what needed to be done to the car..and equally important...what didn't. He gave me solutions to a couple of issues that saved more than $1,000 if I would have had to replace and repair them. This is where I will have my BMW serviced from now on.
