I had called to inquire about replacing a part on my vehicle, and in most places, that would’ve led to a quick quote and a push to schedule the service. But not here. Adam took the time to understand the issue, assessed it thoughtfully, and told me something you rarely hear: the damage wasn’t significant enough to justify a replacement. He assured me that it was safe to continue as-is, and kindly suggested saving that money for future needs. Even though I didn’t end up getting my car serviced this time, this team has already earned my trust and respect. I drive a BMW and have been a German Car Specialists customer for many years. Adam runs a clean organized shop. Greeting the customers he is professional yet friendly, grounded, listens to me and more important he hears what Im describing for car issues. Answers all questions with honesty even the tough ones. Talks through the issues at hand providing clarity and options on how to proceed. Has shown me the broken, torn parts that need to be replaced while car is on the lift so i understand the damage that has occurred. Easy to work with. Work is completed in a timely manner.

We had check engine light and ABS light issues for our Mercedes s550. The problems were fixed and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this repair shop.

Adam and team at German Car Specialists have been taking care of my cars (Cayenne, Q7, CLK 350, X5, and soon my 911) for about 20 years. Service always has been excellent, very balanced advice what "needs to be done/fixed" right now, versus "we can keep an eye on this" and defer repair (brake pads, etc) until a later date. And also, honest assessment of work they can do, versus, very rarely, for what you do have to go back to the dealership to have it fixed. Thank you!
