The service I received in December was fantastic despite hearing some bad news about my car in general due to its age. The service representative and the mechanic were extremely thoughtful and made it point to make sure I had an opportunity to come into the garage and see exactly what the issues were with my car before approving any additional service as opposed to telling me over the phone and getting a verbal. The thing I appreciated the most about this experience was the fact that they provided a loaner car at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. A great place to when your benz is out of warranty. Prices are excellent and cheaper than going to a dealer.

This is the best shop ever. They take their time with each and every customer making sure they are well taken care of. They will give you options if you have more then one thing wrong. I will recommend them to every person I know with a German car.
