After my experiences driving across country and visiting BMW dealerships in every major city, I had many opportunities to observe expertise. When I was back in Seattle, took me awhile to find a repair place with whom I could feel comfortable that they really understood BMWs. Glad I found you!

Shuttle service was much appreciated. Solid communication about what my car needed, and it was washed and waxed as well. I'm a multiple car customer and have never had any bad experiences.

Friendly, fast and knowledgeable

The service I received in December was fantastic despite hearing some bad news about my car in general due to its age. The service representative and the mechanic were extremely thoughtful and made it point to make sure I had an opportunity to come into the garage and see exactly what the issues were with my car before approving any additional service as opposed to telling me over the phone and getting a verbal. The thing I appreciated the most about this experience was the fact that they provided a loaner car at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. I have a Mercedes that I need to bring in for inspection soon, I am looking forward working with you staff again. Best Regards,
