Much easier to get into than a traditional dealership and more personalized service. I have had 2 Mercedes Benz' serviced here. They have been fair, reliable and nice. I highly recommend German Car Specialists!

Adam at German Car Specialists really knows his stuff. He is quick to return one's calls and willing to spend time explaining necessary repairs. You can trust Adam not to push doing unnecessary work. He is very succinct and clear about work that should be performed and presents detailed estimates in writing. I have used German Car Specialists for my BMW 3 series and my Audi S5. Repairing and servicing German cars is not cheap as most know but the quality and timelines of German Car Specialists work is worth it.

Pre-purchase inspection - got us in the next day, delivered a thorough report that included rust areas, oil leaks, and body work issues that I wouldn't have noticed. Very helpful, and helped us avoid a lot of headaches.
