After being told by the Mercedes dealership that the cost to repair my SLK 230 would be over $4,500 to replace the hydraulic cylinders for the hardtop convertible. I took my car to German Car Specialists for a second opinion. Adam quickly concluded that the Mercedes Dealership had misdiagnosed the problem. Adam determined that the hydraulic pump needed replacement at a cost of less than 1/4 of the Mercedes Dealership’s quote (which would not have solved the problem). My hardtop convertible works great now. I will be a customer of German Car Specialists from now on. Adam is honest and an excellent mechanic — and he knows Mercedes Benz cars!

I've been going to German Car Specialists since 2008 with my BMW, and now with my Mercedes. They are highly trained and always do a flawless job with repairs. They are always honest and don't try to sell you work that you don't need. I recently had to take my Mercedes to the dealership for a repair. I had them do an oil change while it was in for the other repairs. My check engine light came on shortly after I picked it up. It went out for a few days, then back on. I checked the dipstick and it showed that it was overfilled by a lot. I took it out to Adam, instead of the dealership, to have it checked out. They had to take out 4.5 quarts of oil. Yes, the dealership overfilled it by 4.5 quarts. If you want to know that the work will be done right on your car, take it to German Car Specialists.
