This is the first time I have used German Car Specialists. I am very pleased with the work Adam and his team performed. They did a "courtesy inspection" which I very much appreciated, since this was the first service and my car is an older model. Communication and customer service were excellent. I took my Audi there because my intake manifold flaps were sticking, and believe it or not, the only thing wrong with it was there were a couple vacuum lines put in the wrong spot. Adam was totally honest and reported the findings and just charged me a little bit for the diagnosis time and that was it. Unfortunately, there are way too many shops that would have pretended the problem was bigger than it was just so they could charge you for the hypothetical repairs they did. Honestly is hard to find in today's day and age so I would highly recommend German Car Specialists.
